I was introduced to photography about 20 years ago by a friend and I enjoyed the experience so much I built my own darkroom. Found that I had a natural aptitude for wet processing, I enjoyed black & white processing, but found colour more challenging.

But with the onslaught of digital photography I find myself using the digital method more & more, it has opened up a whole new world.

My main interests are motor sport, portraiture & landscape. Which I hope to enhance over the coming year(s)

These days I find myself mainly doing studio work as my main source of income dictates my schedule & often clashes with the outdoor events.

I feel that over the last few months I have improved my photography with the help of

Pete & John at Workshop Studios, ( www.worksopphotographicstudio.com ).

Donna Carter (
www.donna-carter.com  ) who I have worked with on several occasions.

I would also like to thank members of the club for their constructive criticism.
