2022 DPI Worker of the Year

2022 DPI Worker of the Year

Monday night saw the cumulation of the Wakefield Camera Club competition year with the judging of the Club Photographer of the Year – PDI ( PDI Worker of the Year) at Brookhouse Club.

The judge for the event was Colin Williams CPAGB EFIAP BPE2* from Cookridge CC. Colin is a well-known judge on the YPU circuit who acknowledged that the standard of work at WCC was high and that made for a difficult task to select those that would progress to the final showdown and those that failed by a whisker to be included.

As a reminder: Members whose images which have received 1st, 2nd, 3rd or Highly Commended in the Club Photographer DPI rounds will be automatically entered into this competition. Similarly, those DPIs receiving 1st, 2nd 3rd or Highly Commended from the Maurice Biglin, Triptych and David Lockton Competitions will also be submitted into Digital Worker of the Year competition. Young Photographer DPIs will also gain entry to this section providing they have entered a minimum of 2 Club Photographer DPI rounds.
